Hello Brother Jarheads

You're right Dave, It has been awfully quiet for awhile on the
Blog. That must be cause George isn't posting.

Christmas was good to me and my family. Now it's on to the
big New Year. I'm looking forward to the coming of new opportunities
to experience the great life we have here in the good ole' U.S. of A
PS-That wasn't a slam on any other place besides the U.S.

The first thing I'm going to do in the new year is quit making
excuses for my knee and get started on a new excercise routine
and get rid of these extra 25 pounds I'm carrying around. Hell,
that might be part of why my knee is still hurting after surgery.
I'll share some good before and after shots- stay tuned.

I wish all of you guys a Happy Holiday season, that would be a
Merry Christmas to the politically incorrect, and Prosperous New Year.

Merry X-mas to one and all.
Please take the time to remember those that are less fortunate than yourselves and thank God for your blessings.

Hey Pete, how was your trip? Saw Buddy at the reunion and it was remarkable that he seemed to look exactly as he did when we were in the Corps. It was amazing. Maybe you can make the West coast reunion in a few years. Semper Fi ......

Happy to hear all is well Dale.
My youngest son took home his second football championship in as many years. You all know I am one proud Dad. Some players go a whole career without one championship and he has 2 and is not even 10 yet. These were won against some pretty tough competition. Well enough bragging, I hope everyone had a great holiday. I know I did. Hope George is doing better. Take care all and as always........

Hello All

I hope your life is going well and you have something to
be thankful for following the past Thanksgiving Holiday.
I spent the time at home with local family and my brother
down from Chicago. It was a nice long relaxing weekend.

George is offline due to another move. I won't go into all
the detail, since I probably wouldn't remember it right anyway.
Just the fact that he had to relocate again and hasn't gotten
his internet service hooked back up again, is all you get from me.

He was back in the hospital for a week following his heart attack
due to an inflamation of the heart lining, the pericardium for you
who might remember something from science class. That happened
the week after the first attack so it is sort of old news. He is back
working but not quite full time yet.

I am still in a perpetual state of rest following my knee surgery this
summer. I think I over did it with all the walking I did in Philly and then
in D.C. following our reunion. Probably nothing some consistent therapy
wouldn't take care of. Soon, very soon.

Stay Hard
