The below two pictures are the new digital pattern cammies. Fluff and buff. No pressing allowed. Take them out of the dryer and wear. Saves the young Marines lots of money from the cleaners. New boots are out but hard to find. They are tan leather with no polish allowed.

I ended up going to 7 USMC Birthday Ball Celebrations this year. Last nights Ball was on Camp Hansen. I drove around the Camp prior to the Ball looking at the area we used to live in. The old barracks is gone but the same old nasty Chow Hall is there. Its hard to believe its been 21 years since our PLT was there.

Today is another great day. I watched another Democrat in a long line of LOSERS whinning about how they lost the election.

George - Your work looks great. Im going to have to look you up when I move back to my house in NC in the summer of 2004. My wife wants to redo the kitchen and loves your finished projects.

I'm looking forward to the info on the hotel and other pertinant Philly Info. Remember guys, there are a couple of pretty good links, on the Dragon website under the resources tab, that have some pretty good info about things to do in and around Philly. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

I went to a Veterans Appreciation Luncheon yesterday at Georgia Power Co HQ. They had an old jarhead as the guest speaker. 87 yr old Retired General Ray Davis. The man served in WWII I think as a company commander, was awarded the Medal of Honor for action in Korea, and then served as a commanding General in Vietnam. The Marines from the local MAG32 at Dobbins Air Base were the color guard for the luncheon. OOH RAH !!!!!!!!!

Got hotel narrowed down to one, will be visiting it this Sunday to view rooms and function room that they are letting us use, along with many other details and concerns. will have final info next week as promised. will be putting together an info packet for all about the airport, hotel, sights, etc.
