Just saying Hi to all of you hope everything is well with all. Ron and I might start up a contest between us to see who will have the longest hair by the next reuion. My hair is almost as long as it was before I joined the corps. I know it would probably be a little more fair if we were growing waistlines, but what the heck lose the clippers and come on over to the hippy side.

Read this post at Acidman Remember that 9 hole head they had out there At the DMZ in Korea? Marine or not, I was never fond of community crapping. Anyway,I made the mistake , on my first use, to wait until late to make the trip. See, you really need the other 8 guys to cover the other eight holes or else that 20 below hawk comes and blows up your butt. Not to mention that the turtle does his pull the head back thing, and it's all you can do to try and pee downward. I always waited for the busy time of day after that, if there was a line, even better, it meant all the holes were covered.
As A side note, the tech side of taking a leak in sub-zero weather is slide your warm, just de-gloved hand inside yuor waistband to your trousers, then before you un button the garage door, have everything aimed and ready, if you are lucky you'll be done before "shrinkage" results in dribble, just where you don't really want ice to form.

wow! time flies when life is good. I would apologize for not checking in and sounding off more often but you all know how busy life gets. And unless you are a real computer nerd like Ron it is just hard to take the time to login and say a few words. Both boys are in the middle of springbaseball. I am in the middle of another home project. The stairs going to the basement are being rebuilt by yours truly. I finally have all the stairs and risers cut. Now I just have to stain them, reattach, and varnish. Sometime soon, I hope. Well got to run, take care and Semper Fi

All is well, we have a new addition to the family, a 10 mo old yellow Lab
that we adopted. He is coming along but it is a lot of work.
Driving down one of the major streets in the San Fernando valley I saw an
auto repair shop called "McNally's Automotive". I stopped in and sure enough
our very own Danno was running the joint. From the looks of things he's doing
pretty good. He gave me Henry Laborde's number, I think we might be neighbors.
